The Caravan Park Internal Rules

Viljandi Folk Music Festival 2025

For the comfort, and safety of all those in the Caravan Park, we kindly ask all persons in the Park (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors") to adhere to these internal rules by the Caravan Park organizer, the NGO Estonian Traditional Music Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The enforcement and compliance of the internal rules are the responsibility of the Festival Accommodation Volunteers and/or the security service.

  1. The Caravan Park opens on Thursday, July 24th at 11:00 and closes on Monday, July 28th at 11:00.
  2. Access to the Caravan Park is granted to vehicles that have reserved a spot by purchasing a pass in advance. Advance sales of passes will continue until June 19, 2025, or until spaces run out. If spaces are available, pass sales will continue during the festival at the Festival Accommodation Volunteers' reception.
  3. Upon arrival, visitors must register with the Festival Accommodation Volunteers. They must present a pass with a QR code and fill out a parking card. Passes are exchanged for wristbands, which grant access to the accommodation area. Wristband must be worn around the wrist.
  4. The parking card must be placed on the vehicle (and trailer) window in a visible place!
  5. Only vehicles and trailers with a parking card are allowed to park in the Caravan Park and the respective parking lot. Vehicles without a card may be towed by the police.
  6. The pass grants access to the accommodation area for one vehicle (and trailer) and up to four overnight guests.
  7. Only individuals with accommodation and parking passes and festival service staff are allowed to enter the Caravan Park.
  8. It is not permitted to set up tents in the Caravan Park without prior agreement.
  9. The Festival Accommodation Volunteers will guide visitors to designated parking spaces. Allocated areas are sized 5x8 or 6x10 meters.
  10. Motorhomes and trailers must be parked facing the driveway to ensure a quick and easy maneuvering route in case of a need for rapid departure (e.g., fire hazard). It is important to ensure a clear exit route for all parkers!
  11. Upon departure, the visitor must also sign out with the Festival Accommodation Volunteers.
  12. In the event of early departure, late arrival, or failure to show up during the festival, overnight fees are non-refundable.
  13.  There is round-the-clock order maintenance in the Caravan Park. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
  14. The Park is encircled by a protective fence. The Festival Accommodation Volunteers and security service are responsible for maintaining order and may involve the police if necessary. The organizer will do everything to ensure a peaceful environment in the Park.
  15. It is forbidden to make a fire in the Caravan Park! Any open flame, including charcoal grills, is prohibited!
  16. The chemical toilet tanks, commonly referred to as 'black water,' may only be emptied in designated areas. Follow the signs!
  17. Discharging wastewater ("gray water") on the grounds is not permitted! Empty wastewater only in designated areas! Follow the signs!
  18. The Park provides access to clean tap water that visitors may use (including filling their water containers).
  19. The visitor is obliged to keep the Park area clean throughout their stay, disposing of garbage only in designated places. Follow the signs!
  20. Visitors who have purchased an electricity connection pass for their caravan are not allowed to use more than 8-10 A of current or 1.7 kWh. This means that high electricity-consuming appliances, such as electric kettles and air conditioners, are not allowed to be turned on. This ensures a stable power connection for everyone!
  21. Animals are not permitted in the Caravan Park!
  22. Visitors must behave in the Park in a way that does not disturb other guests or act inappropriately. Individuals who behave disruptively and do not follow the orders of the Festival Accommodation Volunteers will be removed from the area.
  23.  The festival is not responsible for the personal belongings of the overnight guests.
